Ashton & Penney Partnership Limited, in providing interim executives under "contracts for services" acts as an Employment Business. As an Employment Agency, we are also able to help our clients recruit permanent executives.
Registration of Feedback Policy
If you wish to register feedback, we will ask you for details including your name, telephone number and email address. This information will be used to process your feedback.
Occasionally we may offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys, which help us improve our service offering. Surveys may also be carried out as part of other services. We will store the data you enter and only use it for the purpose declared. We will not pass this information on to third parties.

Once you have agreed to us sending your personal data to a client, Ashton Penney Partnership Limited cannot be held responsible for its retention, use or privacy as a consequence of us having provided this data to our client.
Our policy is to retain your personal data until you instruct us to remove it from our records. Under UK Data Protection legislation we are obliged to maintain the accuracy and currency of your personal data. You can help us by updating your data via our website and we would encourage you to regularly log into your account to do so.
